Download GameCube Game Texture Packs
We collected a list of multiple texture packs for the Nintendo GameCube for people who want to enjoy their favorite classics in HD and 4K. Now, if you are looking for PSP/Vita or PS2, we did create lists for them too, so check them out. Below, we have our guide on how to install texture packs on one of the more popular Wii and GameCube emulators, Dolphin. There is also a written HD Texture pack installation guide we did a while back, if you want to check that.

Thanks for putting this together! Something that i noticed was that if you navigate to the individual game pages on https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/ they sometimes link to HD Texture packs there… Might be a good source of additional packs.
i will browse more when i get the time to go through, 95% of these entries were taken from dolphin forums with excluding some entries with no active download links. I have to finish also my Wii list next
